Healthy Chocolate Nut Milk – Because Nothing Else Happening!

I’d like to write about all the hot sex I’ve had and have planned for the weekend, but that just isn’t going to be the case lol. So instead I’ll go home and comfort myself with a healthy version of “chocolate milk.”

I was kind of surprised about how good this actually tastes. I’m trying a lot of different things and last week was pretty decent, losing 5kg. So this is how you make it add the following to a decent blender:

100g Cashew Nuts

30g Cacao Powder (adjust up if you need to, but not by a lot, quite strong)

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

2 tablespoon Agave sweetener

1 tablespoon Coconut oil.

600ml Water(cold).

Then blend the crap out of it. Even using cold water, it tastes much better if you cool it in the frige for an hour or two before drinking. Shake also before drinking. It is pretty damn good.
